Hunts — Sheep Sheep hunting in Texas is a very popular one because it is year round, however the #1 reason is because of the Texas Slam. This is what a lot of hunters strive for. The Texas Slam consists of Texas Dall, Corsican, Hawaiian Black and Mouflon. You will receive a plaque from Records of Exotics of your achievement of shooting all four species. The trick is that all four have to make the record book to be eligible for the Texas Slam.
